Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Our Deal
When you book with us (Lava Tower Adventures ), you’re locking in a trip of a lifetime! By making a booking, you agree to these terms. Once we confirm your booking, it’s official—we’re good to go! All the juicy details of what’s included will be in your booking confirmation.
2. When Is It Official?
It’s official when we send you the booking confirmation. Paying doesn’t mean it’s locked in—you gotta wait for our confirmation email.
3. Deposits 101
To secure your spot, you’ll need to pay a deposit. Different trips, different deposits—we’ll let you know how much when you book.
4. Final Payments
Once we’ve sent the confirmation, the countdown begins! Pay the balance before your trip kicks off. If you miss the deadline, your booking might be cancelled—and that’s no fun.
5. Prices & Discounts
Prices can vary depending on the season, demand, and availability—just how travel works! Love the price you see? Book it quickly before it changes. Discounts after you book? Sorry, those don’t apply retroactively. Always check our website for the latest rates.
6. What We Need From You
To finalize your booking, we’ll need some details from you: your full name, passport info, and any medical conditions we should know about. Some trips might need extra info like a Self-Assessment form. Missing info might mean extra fees or cancellations.
7. Health Stuff
We’re not doctors, but you need to be fit enough for the adventure. Check with your doctor for travel advice—better safe than sorry!
8. Small Groups & Combos
Some of our trips run with just one traveler. Others might join you mid-trip as part of a combo tour—so you’ll meet new friends along the way! Want to know group sizes? Ask before booking.
9. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance—it’s your safety net! Make sure it covers accidents, medical emergencies, and cancellations. Better to have it and not need it than the other way around.
10. Stay Flexible
Things happen—weather, local events, or just life. Your itinerary might change, so pack your adventurous spirit and go with the flow!
11. Itinerary Changes
- Before your trip: Major changes? We’ll let you know ASAP, and you can accept the change, take a refund, or pick a different trip.
- During your trip: If things change, you’ll need to cover any extra costs. We’re not responsible for incidental expenses like non-refundable flights.
12. Group Leader Rules
Your group leader is the boss. Their decisions are final when it comes to safety and group well-being. If you don’t follow their instructions, you might be asked to leave—no refunds in that case.
13. Adventure Risks
Adventuring means taking risks. From unpredictable weather to challenging terrains, you’re stepping out of your comfort zone. We keep tabs on safety info, but it’s up to you to know what you’re signing up for.
14. Limited Liability
We’re not liable if things go sideways due to:
- Your actions.
- Third parties we can’t control.
- Natural disasters, political issues, or other unexpected events.
15. Optional Extras
Extras not included in your trip price? Those are between you and the provider. We’re not responsible for them.
